Add Photos

One photo is far better than no photos, however, add a series of photos to your house or flat share advert showing the room, common areas and outside of the property. Make sure you tidy up before taking the photos!!

Snappy Subject

Writing a lively title such as 'A bright, airy double room - fun loving flatmates' is likely to get more response than 'Double room in 3 bedroom house share'. You only have a split second to get someones attention when they scan down the list of rooms - make sure that your title stands out.

More Information

You can add an advert for your flatshare with a minimum of information using 'Quick Advert'. Quick advert only offers you the opportunity to enter the minimum amount of detail about your house share. Adding more information such as a full description (local area, public transport, interests of the other occupants etc) adds depth to the listing and makes it more appealing.

You can create your initial advert with 'Quick Advert' to get it listed and then 'Edit' your house share advert to add as much additional information as you wish.

Keep Updating your Advert

Update you flatshare advert regularly. Our search engine favours adverts that are regularly changed. Adverts that have been modified recently and placed higher up the search listing than those left to languish.
